Shipping + Production Time (When will I get my art?)
- All orders will take 3-5 business days to print/fulfill and 3-5 business days to ship. So, once you've place your order, expect it to take around 9-14 days to arrive to you.
- Shipping costs are included in our pricing, so unless you need your order expedited, there is no charge for shipping.
- All orders under $20 will be mailed first class USPS mail without a tracking number.
- All orders over $20 will be mailed either USPS, UPS or FEDEX and you will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled. All orders over $20 will be shipped with a priority type/2-5 business day shipping.
- Extra large orders may require freight or private party deliver because of the size and weight. If this is the case, you will be contacted by a freight company to setup your delivery time. They will contact you via phone and/or email.
- If it has been longer than two weeks since you've placed your order and haven't received a shipping notification, there is something wrong - please contact us ASAP at hello@greatthouart.com
- If you need something shipped extra quick, we can do that for an extra cost. Please reach out to us via the chat box on the homepage and we'll get back to you with a custom order and expedited shipping costs.
Large Artwork Delivery & Damage Protection
We carefully package every piece and fully stand behind it in transit.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and the piece so we can immediately arrange a replacement and file a carrier claim on your behalf.
Because each piece is handmade and framed individually, slight size tolerances (up to .5") may occur and are not considered defects.
