Paper Prints

Our paper prints are created with advanced wide-format inkjet printers, utilizing the superior giclee printing technique. Unlike other methods like digital printing, giclee ensures exceptional quality. The prints are delivered on medium-weight, matte finish paper, which is specifically chosen to provide optimal color accuracy and reduce glare from natural light.

 

All paper prints are unframed, but if you want a framed option check out our canvases!  (Almost all of our prints also come as a canvas option). 

 

All paper prints have NO white border, meaning they are cut to the edge. A few select pieces might have a sliver of a white edge (a bleed line) so that the art sits in your frame properly - but that is not intended as a border. 

 

We do not recommend keeping your paper prints unframed. They are intended to be preserved behind glass or acrylic, protecting from environmental properties that might change the coloration of your print over time. 

 

All paper prints from sizes 4x6 up to 11x14 will be packaged in plastic wrap.(And make great gifts). Any prints larger than 11x14 are fulfilled at a separate facility and will be rolled and mailed in a tube.

Stretched Canvas Prints  

We print on a thick, archival-grade canvas to ensure durability. It is pH neutral and acid-free, so it will not yellow over time. It is stretched on .75-1.5" thick stretcher (depending on size ordered) and are available as unframed or framed with your choice of "natural" or "gold". 

 

Unframed Canvas - The unframed canvases have a mirrored printing along the edges. It sounds cheesy, but it looks great. 

Framed Canvases -  Frames will add about an inch on each side of the canvas. So if you're ordering a gold framed 24x36", expect it to be closer to 25.5"x 37.5". 

 

All canvases (framed and unframed) come stretched with a hanging wire in the back and are ready to hang.

Quality 

Please note that the colors and details of our products may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor, as every computer screen displays images differently. All our paintings feature a textured look, adding depth and character to each piece. Rest assured, none of our artwork will appear pixelated. However, please be mindful of the artistic effects, especially when paintings are enlarged.

Large Scale Art 

Larger pieces are meant to be viewed from a few steps back. Up close, the brushwork or texture may feel more prominent due to the scale, which is part of the intended aesthetic. Just like all large-scale paintings or prints, the full effect is best appreciated when viewed at a proper distance.

Each piece from Great Thou Art is made to order, created and printed specifically for you. Because of this custom process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

 

We take great care to ensure that every piece looks exactly as advertised. Product photos are professionally edited and color-calibrated to reflect the final print as accurately as possible. Please be sure to view your chosen artwork on both your desktop computer and mobile device before purchasing, as screen brightness and color settings can vary slightly between devices. This helps ensure there are no surprises when your print arrives.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of both the damaged artwork and the damaged box or packaging, as these are required for us to file a claim and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

 

We do accept order cancellations within 36 hours of purchase, provided that printing has not yet begun. After this timeframe, your order moves into production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

• All orders will take 3-5 business days to print/fulfill and 3-5 business days to ship. So, once you've place your order, expect it to take around 9-14 days to arrive to you.

 

• Shipping costs are included in our pricing, so unless you need your order expedited, there is no charge for shipping. 

 

• All orders under $20 will be mailed first class USPS mail without a tracking number. 

 

• All orders over $20 will be mailed either USPS, UPS or FEDEX and you will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled. All orders over $20 will be shipped with a priority type/2-5 business day shipping. 

 

• Extra large orders may require freight or private party deliver because of the size and weight. If this is the case, you will be contacted by a freight company to setup your delivery time. They will contact you via phone and/or email.

 

• If it has been longer than two weeks since you've placed your order and haven't received a shipping notification, there is something wrong - please contact us ASAP at hello@greatthouart.com

 

• If you need something shipped extra quick, we can do that for an extra cost. Please reach out to us via the chat box on the homepage and we'll get back to you with a custom order and expedited shipping costs. 

 

• If your order arrives damaged from shipping, please email us with a photo of the damage to the art AND the box (packaging) and we'll send a replacement ASAP.
